Job Function
- Design and execute marketing analytics projects, including customer segmentation, purchase intent.
- Develop and deploy predictive models to solve complex business problems
- Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes for efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data science solutions into production systems
Your Impact
- Deliver insights and predictive analytics through project-based solutions such as churn prediction, customer lifetime value modeling to enhance product and marketing performance
- Drive data-informed decision-making across business units by designing scalable dashboards, automated reporting systems, and experimentation frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data science and machine learning
- Strong proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn
- Experience with SQL and database manipulation for large-scale data analysis
- Hands-on experience with marketing data, such as CRM, digital advertising, customer journey, or sales funnel analysis
- Proven ability to communicate data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
