Job Function
- Develop and optimize MLOps pipelines for efficient AI/ML deployment
- Lead research and implementation of LLM Fine-tuning and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
- Drive innovation in machine learning algorithms and frameworks, including large model management (LMM)
- Build scalable AI/ML platforms and guide team projects

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, or related domains
- Expertise in MLOps, large model management (LMM), LLM Fine-tuning, and RAG
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing technical teams
